I got tired of living a crappy life, always being pulled down by things that happened to me in the past, and people who didn't like me. So, I put a person's name at the top of the list. This was a person who I would have loved to sue, throw in jail, and then maybe humiliate on the cover of TIME magazine. Instead of that I tried to make a list of their good qualities, and reasons why they had been hurt so badly that they would hurt me. Then I wrote out all the ways I could bless this person. I am not done. I never will be, but the difference it has made in my own life and how I relate to the people I love was worth the effort. Trust me, it takes a lot of effort.
